Carleton Place is wondering if you know any exceptional volunteers in the town. If you do, you could nominate them for the 2022 Carleton Place Citizen of the Year and probably make their day.
The nomination form is available in hard copy at the Carleton Place Arena (75 Neelin Street), can be emailed upon request to jfluhrer@carletonplace.ca, or download the fillable pdf .
All nominations have to be in on before November 25th at noon.
All documents should be in a sealed envelope and marked confidential, submitted to the Carleton Place Citizen of the Year Committee, c/o Bobbi McCann, 175 Bridge Street, Carleton Place, Ontario, K7C 2V8 OR confidentially by email to bmccann@carletonplace.ca . Only nominations kept confidential will be considered.
