The OPP confirm they’re looking into an occurrence at the Perth site of the hospital after allegations of a hidden camera being found in a change room surfaced.
Lanark County OPP says its an active investigation and they can’t comment at this time.
The hospital says it is cooperating fully with the OPP and have kept staff up to date as well.
CBC first reported that the hospital had launched an internal investigation after the camera was found. A source contacted the Kingston-Whig Standard with similar allegations.
The original report said staff was notified by email and that a manager had been let go. No other details have been made public.
The OPP will likely speak more should charges be laid.
