Two Perth residents and another from Smiths Falls are facing drug charges after a traffic stop on Victoria Avenue in Smiths Falls.
Their vehicle was stopped on the afternoon of October 25th at just after 4.
An ensuing investigation found that they all were allegedly in possession of a schedule 1 substance.
Randy Luffman and Maria Agiomavritis from Perth, and Krista Berwerff from Smiths Falls are facing possession charges. Luffam and Bergwerff also face charges for violating a probation order.
They’ll be making a future court appearance. The charges against them have not been proven.
