Smiths Falls is undertaking a visioning study for the Centre Street Area and will be holding a public workshop at the Kinsmen Pavilion on Tuesday, November 22nd at 6:00.
This is the area where the Giant Tiger Mall, Econo Lodge Hotel, and Healey Transportation can all be found.
The public workshop will be a two-hour session providing an overview of the study, with a question and answer period.
The focus of the study will be on the opportunities and constraints of the study area, development potential of the Centre Street lands, and how these lands may be best designed to integrate within the existing community, while addressing the future needs of Smiths Falls and the Downtown.
