Rapid Antigen Tests are now available to the public thanks to a large purchase by the province.
Millions will be sent to communities each week.
With the shortage of PCR testing thanks to the Omicron surge, Dr. Paula Stewart, Medical Officer of Health in Leeds, Grenville and Lanark, says the rapid tests will help answer questions for people with symptoms.
You’ll be able to pick them up at local pharmacies or in some cases grocery stores – one box of five per family.
The doctor says you can visit Ontario.ca/rapidtest to find out where you can pick one up near you.
