Investigation to fatal collision near Sharbot Lake continues

The investigation into a fatal collision on Highway 7 west of Perth continues.

Two vehicles collided near Mountain Grove Road in Central Frontenac just after 1:30 p.m. Friday afternoon.

Central Frontenac Fire and Rescue and Frontenac Paramedic Service also responded.

One person, identified as 21 year-old Victoria Mitchell A Central Frontenac resident, was pronounced dead on the scene.

Another occupant of the vehicle was airlifted to hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.
