The Catholic District School Board of Eastern Ontario sent a letter home to parents about the lifting of COVID-19 regulations in their schools.
The letter says they will be maintaining protective measures like rapid tests, ventilation improvements, enhanced cleaning, and screening.
They note that effective Monday, March 21st when they get back from the March Break, like most boards across the province, masks will no longer be required for students, staff and visitors in schools, school board offices and on student transportation.
The Board says they know students and staff may choose to continue to wear masks and add masks will continue to be provided for those who need them.
The letter also outlines other changes. If you didn’t get one, you can find it here.
