Tysick Ave. residents upset with their new neighbours, Lanark Lifestyles Phase II, will get a chance to sit down with town staff and the builder to try to work out their problems.
At Tuesday’s council meeting, complaints from Tysick Ave residents about the privacy measures installed by the builders of Lanark Lifestyles Phase II brought in another staff report.
This indicated there may be a potential zoning violation with regards to the buffer zone between the properties.
Council passed a motion to request a timely resolution to the problem and to have the developer propose possible design solutions to resolve the concerns and, in an effort to reach an amicable solution, the developer be requested to hold a meeting with residents and Town staff.
