There is a special winter weather travel advisory in place.
Environment Canada has issued the advisory due to the snowfall. Some parts of our listening area could see up to 10 cms by the time its all done.
The government agency says travel will be challenging at times as the snow gets heavier and visibility is reduced as it falls through the afternoon. We’re headed for a high to 3 degrees.
You are reminded to please slow down and make sure you have plenty of distance between yours and other vehicles.
And be extremely careful if you have already taken your snow tires off your vehicle.
