It wasn’t the start that the crowded Perth Arena was hoping for as the Barkley Cup EOJHL final got underway on Tuesday night.
The Blue Wings fell 5-2 to the Casselman Vikings in game one.
Perth got goals from Brayden Davidson and Ben Langille in the loss, while Matthew Mass faced 45 shots.
Game two goes tomorrow night in Casselman.
