A new subdivision is being constructed near the R. Tait McKenzie school and industrial park in Mississippi Mills.
Adjacent to Orchard View, the 8.4 acres of land will house a retirement community.
County planner Julie Stewart provided the details.
The property is owned by Mill Valley Living and will consist of approximately 45 townhouse units and 48 apartments.
