The Carleton Place Fire Department is wondering if you have what it takes to become a volunteer firefighter.
They are actively looking for new members.
They note that this is a paid position for On-Call Firefighters, commonly known as volunteer firefighters.

They also say that if you’re on the fence and want to speak to someone about the process, they welcome calls.
Just call the station at 613-257-5526 between 8:30am-4:30pm, Mon. to Friday.
You still have a little time to decide too. The application deadline is Friday, May 19th, at 2:00 p.m.
