Another COVID-19 related fatality was added to local totals in yesterday’s report, the first of the week from the Leeds Grenville and Lanark District Health Unit.
They have now reported 101 deaths related to the virus since the pandemic began in March of 2020.
The number of hospitalizations increased by one and sits at seven. The number in the ICU remains three, none are on ventilators.
There were 83 high risk cases added since the last report was issued, last Friday.
There are five outbreaks now, all are in congregate care settings. That is a drop of two since the last report.
