Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement for the Lake 88 listening area that says a significant amount of rain is coming our way.
We could also see some thunderstorms later Tuesday afternoon.
The government agency says total rainfall of between 20 to 40 mm is possible for parts of the region. It could even be higher in areas that see thunderstorm activity.
The rain is expected to last through the night, ending Wednesday morning.
