Less than impressed: Some in Carleton Place concerned about planned development at Findlay Foundry

The public got a first detailed look this week at a proposed major development on the long vacant waterfront Findlay Foundry site in Carleton Place.

The proposal is to build 2 residential apartment buildings of 5 and 7 storeys containing 213 units with underground parking and a 2-storey commercial building.

The scope of the project has caught neighbours off guard who are voicing their concerns to council.
