Local COVID-19 Hospitalization numbers remained flat over the weekend. There are three people in hospitals across Lanark, Leeds, and Grenville with one in intensive care on a ventilator.
The number of deaths has held steady at 108 since the beginning of the pandemic in March 2020. It’s been almost two weeks since that number changed.
The Health Unit also reports that 54 new risk cases have been added to local totals. That’s down from this time last week.
There is now just one outbreak in the three counties. It’s in a congregate care setting in Brockville and accounts for 16 cases.
