Carleton Place’s planning department is accepting public comments on a major residential and commercial project proposal for the long vacant Findlay Foundry property on the banks of the Mississippi River in the town’s central core.
The plans would see 2 apartment buildings of 5 and 7 storeys holding over 200 units plus a 2 storey commercial building.
There would also be 2 underground levels of parking.
The deadline for public comments is June 30th and details can be found on the town’s website at carletonplace.ca
