Welcome! Main entrance to Smiths Falls site of PSFDH re-opens after more than 2 years

After almost 28 months, the doors to the Main Entrance of the Smiths Falls Site of the Perth and Smiths Falls District Hospital are opening once again.

If you are arriving to the Smiths Falls Site for a non-emergent type visit, you are asked to enter through the main entrance on Elmsley Street.

Those arriving to the Main Entrance for non-emergency visits have to check in patient registration staff who will direct you to your appointment.
