Local COVID-19 hospitalizations unchanged – low infection rate continues to prevail

The Leeds Grenville and Lanark District Health Unit reported two hospitalization due to COVID-19 in their Monday report, the same as their last  shared data on Friday.

The number of fatalities since the beginning of the pandemic in March 2020 remains 108.

There were 73 high risk cases recorded last week. That count has restarted.

As for outbreaks, there are two. That’s the same as Friday’s report as well.

Both are in congregate care facilities.
