The Town of Smiths Falls wants residents to know that the water tower will be drained and taken out of service beginning this coming Sunday for maintenance.
The work will be carried out on Monday.
They say people in town may see some fluctuations in water pressure as a result. You might also notice some discoloration at times.
They want to assure residents that the maintenance will not impact the quality of the water.
