Valley Heartland CFDC, a local organization that helps small businesses in Lanark and North Leeds through loans and other resources, is looking for board members.
Board Chair Rob Dyke says they’re looking for at least two candidates.
They are looking for people from all walks of life. Some have public service experience, others could be lawyers.
He says whoever applies has to have a willing to learn and to work with their teams.
