The cost of gas is expected to fall tomorrow across Ontario, but it seems it will affect larger centres more than communities in parts of Lanark, Leeds, and Grenville.
In some spots its expected to reach its lowest level since April 15th, though those levels aren’t far off what we’re already seeing in most parts of our region.
The President of Canadians for Affordable Energy Dan McTeague says drivers in all cities in southern Ontario, including Toronto, Ottawa, Hamilton, London and Kitchener, will be paying $1.74 centres per litre by the end of the work week.
That’s really not too far off what we’re already seeing in some spots in the region, with prices hovering around $1.75 in Perth and Carleton Place, and $1.77 in Smiths Falls.
