National Champ – Bailey Andison swims to glory at nationals

Another local elite athlete has made a splash on the national sports scene.

Smiths Falls’ swimmer Bailey Andison is a national champion.

The Olympic veteran took the gold in the 400 meter individual medley at the Speedo Canadian Junior and Senior Swimming Championships.

She’s back in the water today (Wednesday) where she has a shot at another title. Bailey is competing in the 200 m individual medley, then swims in the 200m breaststroke on Friday.
