The Kemptville District Hospital Auxiliary has put out a call for student volunteers, as it rebuilds its volunteer program after two years of the pandemic.
Connie Parsons, the KDH Auxiliary’s Volunteer Coordinator says it’s a great way for high school students to get in the volunteer hours they need to graduate, and it can be an introduction to a career in healthcare.
Right now they really need volunteers to help residents in their Long-Term Care Unit.
Anyone interested should complete the application process found on the hospital’s website. We have a link on our website LanarkLeedsToday.ca.
