The Lanark County OPP responded to 405 calls for service last week.
From August 8th to the 15th, the detachment fielded 37 motor vehicle collisions, which included one incident each involving a porcupine, turkey, and a horse.
They also laid charges on two individuals in relation to domestic investigations.
A 20-year-old Carleton Place resident was charged with three counts of uttering threats to cause death, two counts of spousal assault with a weapon and one count of dangerous operation.
They have a Perth Court date in September.
As does a 45-year-old from the City of Ottawa after a domestic investigation in Perth led to four counts of uttering threats to cause death. They’re in court August 22nd.
Additionally the local detachment investigated four reports of fraud and 15 theft complaints.
