Representatives from the Ottawa Valley Health Team provided Carleton Place council with information on how they’re trying to make health care delivery in the town and Beckwith better.
The team’s Peter Hamer informed council about the province’s support for expanding health teams, and bringing services together.
Community groups and leaders will be invited to participate in the next steps towards bringing a health team to the town.
