For the first time in 30 years, the LPGA has returned to Cincinnati and Smiths Falls’ Brooke Henderson is in the field and among the favourites to contend for the title.
The local phenom has had a tremendous year with two victories including her second major win at the Evian Championship. She also has posted eight top ten finishes. She finished tied for 13th at the Dana Open last week.
Brooke goes into the Kroger Queen City Championship presented by P&G sitting at no. 2 in the Race to the CME Globe championship, and is ranked fifth overall in the world.
She tees off a little after 8:30 Thursday morning.
