The health unit is reporting another COVID-19 related fatality in Lanark, Leeds, and Grenville.
The death brings the total up to 116 since the pandemic began in March of 2020.
The number of those in hospital due to the virus is up by two and sits at 15. Two of them are in ICUs. That’s an increase of one.
The health unit also says that as we enter respiratory illness season that hospital visits are on the rise.
As for outbreaks, the number in congregate care is down by one and sits at four. There is also one in a correctional facility.
