We’re watching gas prices closely as experts say they expect them to rise today.
President of Canadians for Affordable Energy Dan Mcteague predicts that any gas prices increase we see in the next couple of days will be just the beginning.
McTeague says fuel prices right now are “as good as it gets” and recommends that drivers fill up ahead of this weekend.
One of the biggest factors is Hurricane Ian which could disrupt distribution.
As of this morning prices are as low as $1.45 in Perth and Carleton Place, and $1.46 in Smiths Falls.
