The number of COVID-19 related fatalities shot up by four over the last week.
The latest COVID-19 weekly surveillance report shows there are now 122 virus-related deaths in Lanark, Leeds, and Grenville since March of 2020.
There are also eight in hospital, which hold steady from last week. Two are in ICU’s down from one.
As for outbreaks, there are now eight, up by one. The new on is in a congregate care facility, which now have seven accounting for 151 cases. The other outbreak is in a correctional facility.
The number of new high-risk cases reported last week is 176.
