The local rinks are empty Thursday night, but it will be a busy weekend, and we have a couple of holiday Monday games for you.
Friday: In the EOJHL the Perth Blue Wings host the Smiths Falls Jr B Bears. Puck drop is 7:30pm at the Perth Arena. The Carleton Place Jr B Canadians are in Arnprior for an 11am tilt against the Packers.
NCJHL action sees the Westport Rideau’s hosting St. Isadore. Faceoff in Westport is 7:30pm.
The Senior A Smiths Falls Rideau’s host the Arnprior Rivermen at 7:30pm at the SF Memorial Community Centre.
Saturday: In the CCHL The Carleton Place Canadians are in Navan against the Grads at 4pm. The Smiths Falls Bears are in Brockville for a 7:15pm tilt against the Braves.
In the Jr B loop, the Athens Aeros are up the Valley in Renfrew to take on the Valley Timberwolves. Puck drop is 7:30pm.
Over in the Jr C league the Almonte Inferno hosts Morrisburg at 7:15pm.
Sunday: In the CCHL, the Carleton Place Canadians travel to the Nepean Sportsplex to take on the Raiders. Game time is 1pm. The Rockland Nationals invade the Bears Den in SF for a 4pm game.
Meanwhile, in the EOJHL, the Perth Blue Wings are in Smiths Falls at the Den for a 2pm Jr B matinee. The Brockville Tikis travel to Centre 76 in Athens for a 2:30pm matinee against the hometown Aeros.
Monday: There are two Thanksgiving Holiday games in the CCHL. The Hawkesbury Hawkes are in Smiths Falls against the Bears. Faceoff is 12:30pm. Meanwhile the Pembroke Lumber Kings are in Carleton Place at 12:45pm.
