The OPP is looking into some damage done to cell towers across Eastern Ontario.
The provincial force is asking anyone that sees any suspicious activity whatsoever near a cell tower to call police right away.
If you have information about the case that could help police, please call the OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
Police have released few details about which towers have been hit. They say that’s to protect the integrity of the investigation. They also wouldn’t confirm if a fire at a tower just north of our listening area in Madawaska is included in the investigation.
You can also call Crime Stoppers if you’d like to remain anonymous at 1-800-222-TIPS. If your tip leads to an arrest, you could be given a reward.
