Lanark County are out with a reminder after stopping a G2 Driver on highway 7 yesterday.
Don’t speed.
They stopped the driver going 141 km/h in an 80 zone yesterday. Dangerous, to say the least.
The driver who was headed from Ottawa to Toronto didn’t make it. The car was towed, the driver charged with stunt driving, and their license suspended.
Adding to the potential disastrous situation, the roads were wet and slick at the time.
They ask that you please drive the limit. Speed is one of the four largest causes of death on Ontario’s roads.
