Candidates for both council and mayor are being plagued by vandals.
Multiple reports have come in saying campaign election signs have been seen vandalized throughout our listening area.
It’s not an uncommon occurrence for this to happen during election season but you are reminded that is in an illegal act.
If caught police could charge the suspects with mischief to property.
If you see someone damaging signs please call the OPP. They say if you see a vandalism in progress you can also call 9-1-1.
