Home Hospice North Lanark is concerned they may have to cancel a Grief and Bereavement Support Group set to begin next week if not enough people sign up.
It takes place on Wednesday from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. at the Community Presbyterian Church in Almonte beginning on the 26th, and runs for eight weeks.
It is a closed, confidential group, and will have the same people each week.
Each week, facilitators will guide participants through many of the different aspects of grief and bereavement, ranging from typical and not-so-typical reactions to grief, through how to move forward, family dynamics, finding meaning and of course self-care.
