If you drive you’ve no doubt noticed that gas prices are moving up again.
One expert says they’re not done climbing either.
Some parts of the province could hit a three-month high this weekend, settling around $1.80.9 per litre.
At last check, Perth’s prices were approaching $1.70, Smiths Falls we slightly higher than that, and in Carleton Place they were right around that mark too.
While prices are rising, they could be headed back down by the end of the weekend. Dan McTeague, a gas price expert says it could only be by about 3 or 4 cents, and there’s no guarantee that will happen here.
We had been down to as low as about $1.45 per litre back in Lanark and Leeds Counties back in September.
