A man and woman have been charged with uttering death threats after a scary break and enter in Smiths Falls.
On the evening of Tuesday, October 25th police in the town responded to the call at a Parkland Court home.
Their investigation alleges that 29-year-old, Travis Lucier, broke into the home and uttered a death threat to the residents. Police also arrested a 37-year-old female suspect, of Smiths Falls, for allegedly uttering death threats too.
Lucier was held for a bail hearing and charged with the Break and Enter with intent to commit an indictable offence, Unlawfully in a Dwelling and Uttering a Threat to cause death.
The woman was released and will appear in court at a future date to answer to an outstanding charge.
