Monday’s “strongly suggested” masking recommendation from the Province’s Medical Officer of health came as little surprise to health officials considering the triple threat of COVID, the Flu, and RSV hitting the province.
Our medical officer of health Dr. Linna Li says Lanark, Leeds, and Grenville are no exceptions to the rule.
The masking recommendation from Dr. Moore, fell short of being a mandates like the ones we have seen during the pandemic.
That has some members of the opposition asking that masking in certain place once again be made mandatory. That could include in schools, on transit and in crowded public settings like stores and arenas.
