CDSBEO Board Chair Sue Wilson and Director of Education Laurie Corrigan
Long-time Catholic District School Board Trustee Sue Wilson has been elected as Board Chair for the upcoming term.
The Prescott-Russell County Trustee will be serving her first term as Chair since becoming a trustee in 1999. She is a previous Vice-Chair and has chaired the Special Education Advisory Committee since 2001.
Karen McAllister, Trustee for Dundas County and Stormont County, was elected as Vice Chair. She’s been a Trustee since 2006.
The CDSBEO welcomed three new trustees to the Board in last month’s election including a familiar name around our region, Chris Cummings who will serve as Trustee for Brockville, Smiths Falls and Leeds County.
Cummings is a former Smiths Falls Councillor and is currently a vice-chair with the Rideau Community Health Services.
