Lanark County OPP have arrested a pair of teens that were caught in the act of spray painting a structure on Beckwith St. in Perth.
While not providing details, the OPP says that the pair was arrested in “relation to recent incidents of graffiti found in the town of Perth.”
It’s not know if the pair are involved in a spate of hate-graffiti that has appeared in recent months in the town.
Police report that on Tuesday, November 22nd, at about 9:00pm, officers saw two young people painting the structure. Two 13 year-olds, both from the Town of Perth have been charged with two counts of mischief each.
Their names can’t be released due to their age.
The investigation continues.
