Look up! Fireworks return as Perth celebrates the Annual Festival of Lights on Friday

Perth is celebrating Christmas downtown tomorrow with the Annual Festival of Lights starting at 5:30, near the Crystal Palace.

The combined choirs of the Men and Women of the Tay will perform classic Christmas carols around a bonfire, ahead of a spectacular fireworks display at 6:15.

Viewing is best from the west side of the Basin Parking Lot and Tay Street.

The Table Community Food Centre will have volunteers on hand with refreshments. It’s free to attend, but donations of cash and non-perishable food items are welcome and appreciated.
