Perth Mayor Judy Brown is looking forward to the next term of council, knowing full well that there’s some much needed work to be done.
And some of it will be challenging.
Chief among those tasks is working on infrastructure.
She cites as an example, Mary St. Work on it, planned for next year, should come in at about $1.9 million. That’s about twice what it would have been just three years ago.
The challenge will be making sure its paid for responsibly, so tax payers don’t have to foot the bill.
On Monday, we’ll tell you what she has to say about local health care.
