The Perth and Smiths Falls District Hospital Foundation is ready to raise money like never before to pay for a key piece of equipment over the next three years.
Foundation Chair Kristine Fair says they have lots of work ahead of them.
The announcement came back in December 2021 that the hospital would be getting the key piece of diagnostic equipment.
Fair says they’ll be needing to raise a whole lot of money.
Once in place it will help reduce wait times for the imaging used to diagnose and guide treatment for dozens of diseases and ailments.
