It’s going to get colder than it has all winter long, and that has health officials weighing in with some reminders and tips on how to stay healthy during the expected deep freeze.
Senior Public Health Inspector Kim McCann says we’ve gotten off easy so far this winter.
So, make sure your dressed properly. Reduce exposed skin and dress in layers. If you have kids, make sure they’ve got what they need to stay warm when they head out to school.
McCann says if you can, check in on those around you.

To avoid those, make sure you’re dressed warmly, in layers before you head out. And keep exposed skin to a minimum. It can freeze in as little as ten minutes.
