A new survey in Perth is asking about transportation needs as a group is looking to bring some form of public transportation to the town.
The Table Community Food Centre, Algonquin College’s Perth Campus, Lanark Transportation, and the town itself, have launched the survey to gauge the need.
Once that’s together, Mayor Judy Brown says they’d be ready to move on.
The Table’s Ramsey Hart says all involved are certainly eager to see it roll out.
The bus would likely run once a week and serve a wide variety of needs, from people who need to shop for groceries to those who have to get to medical appointments.
Take the survey here.
