Kingston police say they have charged one of their own officers with running a red light and not wearing a seatbelt.
KPS say the officer’s police cruiser hit another S-U-V in the city on January 30th.
They say the officer driving and the three people in the other vehicle were all taken to hospital for assessment and later released.
