The local health-care worker says she’s been playing the lottery for about 25 years.
In a statement she said she plays the same set of random numbers for every draw.
She found out via email that she had won. And she said it sat in her inbox for two weeks before she saw it.
She plans to pay off her vehicle and mortgage and save the rest for retirement.
