A Brockville resident is $1 million dollars richer after playing Instant Ultimate.
Kieron Rees was one of the top prize winners from the December 31st 2022 draw.
Rees says she received the ticket from her son as a birthday gift and wanted to give the winnings to her son when she first found out she had won, but Rees’s son told her “this is for you”.
The 71-year-old nurse plans to install a pool at her home and share the money with her two sons and invest in the future.
The winning ticket was purchased at Oxford Mini Mart in Brockville.
