Tonight (Tuesday, March 7) marks a new chapter as the funds raised through Civitan Lake 88 Radio Bingo are going towards bringing a CT scanner to Almonte General Hospital.
Managing director of AGHF Manor Foundation Al Roberts says they’re marching towards their fundraising goal.
Roberts encourages everyone to give radio bingo here on Lake 88 a try because the money stays here.
The hospital hopes to award the tender for the project by the end of the month.
Radio bingo is played every Tuesday after the 6pm news on Lake 88.
