Rideau Lakes Township has approved their 2023 budget.
Council approved a 3.76% local increase, adding up to 4.35% when factoring in the county hike.
The total budget eclipses $22.2 million, $6.5 million of it is dedicated towards capital assets.
Some upgrades coming residents way are a new roof for the North Crosby Community Centre, and improvements to the Elgin Municipal Complex and Morton Community Hall.
